Use of www.adoring-shaw.87-106-228-42.plesk.page (hereinafter, the “WEBSITE”) confers the status of website user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in this Legal Notice in the version published at the very moment the user accesses the WEBSITE. Consequently, the user must carefully read these conditions on each occasion they intend to use the WEBSITE, as they may be subject to modifications.

1+in the family reserves the right to modify the terms of use of the WEBSITE, and it is the User’s obligation to periodically review these conditions.

These terms of use are intended to regulate users’ access and subsequent browsing of the WEBSITE. Likewise, these conditions regulate the relationship between users and 1+in the family when the former use the WEBSITE offered by 1+in the family for any purpose whatsoever.

Obligations of users

Visiting and consulting information on the WEBSITE is free of charge for all Users.

Obligation to make correct use of the content:

1+in the family is the holder of the intellectual and industrial property rights, or has obtained the corresponding authorisations or licences for their exploitation, over the domain name, the trademarks and distinctive signs, the information and the rest of the works and inventions related to the WEBSITE and the technology associated with it, as well as over its content.

The content of this WEBSITE, including designs, applications, text, images and source code, is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights.

In the event that a User or a third party considers that there are facts or circumstances revealing the improper nature of the use of any content and/or the carrying out of any activity on the web pages included or accessible through the WEBSITE and, in particular, of the violation of intellectual or industrial property rights (patents, industrial models and designs, trademarks and trade names, etc.), the breach of the duties and obligations set forth in these conditions or the infringement of other rights, they must send an email to info@adoring-shaw.87-106-228-42.plesk.page to inform 1+in the family and including the following details:

(a) Personal data of the claimant: name, address, telephone number and email address;

(b) Specification of the alleged unlawful activity carried out on the WEBSITE and, in particular, in the case of an alleged violation of rights, precise and specific indication of the protected content, as well as its location on the web pages;

(c) Facts or circumstances revealing the unlawful nature of said activity;

(d) In the event of a violation of rights, the personal data of the holder of the allegedly infringed rights.

All title and intellectual property rights in the content accessed through use of the WEBSITE are owned by 1+in the family or by the respective owner and are also protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Personal data protection and confidentiality

In compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April (GDPR), 1+in the family as data controller, informs you that the personal data you provide us during your browsing of the WEBSITE and/or by completing forms located therein will only be used to manage the maintenance of the WEBSITE, offer you an optimal and quality service, improve the user experience and carry out administrative tasks related to the services and activities we offer through the WEBSITE. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

For the resolution of any dispute or litigation arising in relation to the interpretation or performance of these WEBSITE terms of use, the parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and with waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile. These terms of use are governed by Spanish law.

In the event that this concerns a purchase made by a company acting within the framework of its business or commercial activity, both parties submit, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.
