In compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April (GDPR), 1+ in the family informs you that the personal data you provide us during your browsing and/or by completing the WEBSITE forms will be processed by 1+ in the family for the purpose of managing the services offered. For example, we process the information you provide us as a client and as contact persons involved in the business relationship during its term, in order to maintain the contractual and commercial relationship, carry out administrative tasks related to such services and offer you an optimal and quality service through the WEBSITE and/or as indicated in the data protection clause found alongside the form you have just completed.
¿How do we use your data?
At 1+ in the family we process the information you provide us, for example, as a client and as contact persons involved in the business relationship during its term, in order to maintain the contractual and commercial relationship, carry out administrative tasks related to the sale of our products and services, as well as to offer you an optimal and quality service through the WEBSITE. Likewise, if you complete a form on the website, you should read the corresponding data protection clause in order to understand the purpose of the data collection.
We use the information available to us, in accordance with your decisions, to provide you with quality services, as well as to ensure their proper functioning. The information provided will also enable you to access and use our WEBSITE and to receive information about the products and services you wish to obtain.
We also use the information available to us to combat harmful or suspicious conduct or breaches of our terms and policies, detect and prevent spam and preserve the integrity of our products, services and collected data, taking the security measures appropriate to the data collected and the purposes of processing in order to guarantee the confidentiality and security of your personal data when it is processed, insofar as our entity has implemented the processing policies and security measures referred to in current European data protection regulations. The processing policies and security measures implemented by 1+ in the family are intended to prevent the alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or use of your personal data.

1+ in the family may have a presence on social networks. The processing of data carried out in respect of persons who become followers on the official social media pages of 1+ in the family shall be governed by this section, as well as by the terms of use, privacy policies and access regulations applicable to the relevant social network in each case, previously accepted by the user of 1+ in the family. We will process your data for the purpose of properly managing our presence on the social network, informing you of activities, products or services of 1+ in the family, as well as for any other purpose permitted by the social networks’ regulations. Under no circumstances will we use follower profiles on social networks to send advertising on an individual basis.
By ticking and accepting the box corresponding to commercial communications (check-box), the user expressly consents to 1+ in the family sending them a newsletter with news, marketing messages, advertising and/or information relating to our entity, the services we provide and/or our products, as well as informing them of our policies and terms.
The data collected will not be processed in a manner incompatible with the purposes indicated.
¿What information de we collect?
The type of information collected by 1+ in the family depends on your use of the WEBSITE; information about the information we collect and how to delete it can be found in the section on the exercise of rights of this Privacy Policy.
- We collect the information you provide us when you make a purchase or browse our WEBSITE, specifically the identification and registration data included in forms or data and messages that you communicate to us through them. This data may include: your first and last name, telephone number and email address, in addition to other data necessary to process your request or communication.

Where does the information collected com from?
The information we collect through the WEBSITE comes exclusively from you. We do not receive data from third parties or from publicly accessible sources.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is as follows:

¿Do we retain your data?
The personal data provided will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the intended purposes of the processing. The length of time we retain your data will depend on the purposes for which it was collected and compliance with the legal obligations of 1+ in the family. The data will be retained until the data subject requests its erasure. For further information on how to erase your data, please refer to the section on the exercise of rights of this Privacy Policy. The data obtained will be retained for as long as the contractual relationship with the client is maintained and after the relationship ends, until any liability that may arise under applicable commercial and tax law can no longer be enforced, and in order to comply with obligations relating to professional matters.
¿How do we update your information?
All information provided by the user through registration or by completing the WEBSITE forms must be truthful. Likewise, it shall be the user’s responsibility to keep all information provided to 1+ in the family permanently updated so that it responds, at all times, to the user’s actual situation. The user shall be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any damages caused to 1+ in the family or third parties by the information provided.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- The right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not 1+ in the family is processing personal data concerning you.

- The right to request rectification or erasure, for example, you may request that your email address be rectified if it is incorrect, or request the erasure of the data held by 1+ in the family when, among other reasons, it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. The data will not be disclosed or transferred to third parties, except to any Data Processors (suppliers providing services to our entity).
1+ in the family may share your information with various governmental authorities in response to subpoenas, court orders or other legal proceedings, or for any other matter required by law. Your data will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law to the Tax Agency, Courts and Tribunals, Banks and Financial Institutions for matters relating to payment for services, and to our co-controllers where necessary to fulfil the contracted service.
